Formerly known as Elle Arts, we are an independent Performing Arts School based in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, UK.
Here at Munelle School of Performing Arts, we specialise in teaching children to Dance, Sing and Act whilst having fun and gaining confidence through creativity.
At Munelle School of Performing Arts, we believe in providing quality training in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment which is key to the learning and development of all our students. We are fully qualified and experienced in all of the Performing Arts disciplines.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Owning my own Performing Arts School has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember. I started dancing, singing and acting at age 3 and it has always been a huge part of my life.
My professional journey started when I got a part in a Youth Musical Theatre show with a member of the band “Busted” in London. It was there that I was scouted to start studying at Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford.
At 17 years old I moved away to London to pursue my dream. I then got a place on the Degree course at my dream Performing Arts University where I studied Musical Theatre and Professional Dance. This University had thousands of applicants every year and only 30 spaces available, so I was over the moon when I found out I had achieved a space on the course.
After university, performing in shows and exploring the performing aspect of the industry, I knew my heart was set on becoming a teacher and owning my own Performing Arts School. That’s where my passion was.
A huge part of making a school that was my own vision, was making sure that every child felt special and comfortable to grow and explore their talents in a safe, family environment that was up to date and gave the knowledge that the experts in London had taught me.
I still remember those teachers that took that little bit of extra time with us and cared about us, not only as performers but as individuals too. I wanted to be that positive person for other children.
In 2017, I established Elle Arts Performing Arts School. In January 2025, we made our bold transition into Munelle School of Performing Arts, which is true reflection of our history, identity and ambition to champion our course in the performing arts space nationally and beyond. I am truly proud of our achievements so far, as we eagerly look forward to the next chapter of this amazing journey.
